Example... my wife's been out for a week and I sent her a pic of the steak I had just removed from the grill, now covered with tented tinfoil. She's been telling me to do that after cooking a steak for years but I never did. I finally tried it while she was away, sent her the pic, proved I always do listen to her ;-) She was impressed!
